You don’t still suffer because of what happened.
You suffer because of what you believe should have happened.
This is for you, if…
- You’re done carrying guilt, shame, or silent resentment into your next chapter
- You want to live without the emotional debt of unfulfilled expectations
- You’re tired of being “fine” while your body proves you’re not
- You keep re-creating the same patterns — even though you swore you’d never repeat them.

In this live webinar you will learn
how to heal your future by forgiving your past
- Stop re-opening old wounds by replaying the “they should have …” narrative
- Forgive yourself for the expectations that still hold you hostage
- Dissolve resentment without denying what happened
- Reclaim your worth as your internal reference point—not external validation
- Make peace with the girl/woman you once were, who simply didn’t know better
If you don’t forgive yourself, you don’t just keep a memory—
you keep the meaning you once gave it, and you suffer subconsciously.
Unforgiven expectations script your current life:
- You date the same emotional story in new people
- You sabotage new beginnings with old conclusions
- You are plagued by shame, guilt or regret
- You defend yourself against threats that no longer exist
- Your future gets built from a wound, not a clean slate

My Journey
I did it. So can you.
For years, I haven’t been able to forgive my mother for a very rough childhood. I thought it was the events that hurt me—until I saw it was my unfulfilled expectation of what a mother “should be” that kept me suffering as an adult.
It wasn’t the past—it was my attachment to how the past should have been.
When I forgave myself for expecting what my mother was not able to give, the wound healed and—even though a scar stayed—I was finally free.
That is spiritual intelligence in action—accepting what was, instead of clinging to what should have been and reclaiming inner authority over inherited wounds.
Do you, too, have old wounds to heal—an old sense of guilt, shame, rejection or hurt?
“I Forgive Myself” is a perfect way to bring you inner peace, free your future from your past, and help you become the woman who is no longer defined by old pain.
This method emerged from lived experience—not theory—and it works because it releases the inner expectations and interpretations that keep the past alive.
I started meditating at the age of 13. And yet—in spite of a daily practice for years—the old pain and remorse stayed. Nothing moved it.
Only at 40, I received the inspiration for the “I Forgive Myself Process”—a form of self-forgiveness that finally dissolved what meditation alone could not. This process has since helped thousands of people across the world. You can learn it now in this free webinar.
